Our Approach
Under
our development approach, architects, coders, and project managers all
have common goals and responsibilities. Instead of traditional segregation
of roles by functional area, you have a bullpen area where continual
communications abound. The objective is to take small steps and review
often. Initially, we make a mini functional module or skeletal/structural
prototype and then iterate on it. As development continues, we add features
to the core platform. As the design is tested, small changes and redesigns
occur. That way, there are no big surprises or large blocks of code
that have to be rewritten after months of work. Embracing real-time
change is the key. Users change their minds. Requirements change. Miscommunication
